STORY
Research on Slovenian cannabis legislation concentrates on the laws regarding consumption, production and distribution of the most commonly used illegal drug in Slovenia.What is causing greater harm - cannabis or the policy towards this drug? Porocilo: Zbe proposes a political solution to reach more efficient results of lowering the use of cannabis, reducing all harmful effects and consequences of the present legislation, while ensuring standards of life and civil rights to the users of this illicit drug.
The spliff report was presented at various seminars, conferences on drug abuse and shown in numerous schools across Slovenia. The documentary was an addition to the university masters' thesis that was planned to be issued as a book with DVD.
